Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the crystals in their original velvet pouch and protective box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
